Website terms of use
Effective from 2 November 2026
This is an English translation of the Polish terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the website czysta-szyba.pl (the “Website”). The service provider is Q&D Tomasz Kordiak, owner of the Czysta Szyba brand, ul. Feliksa Nowowiejskiego 10b lok. 8, 75-587 Koszalin, tax ID (NIP): 6692440579.
These are terms within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
2. Services provided through the Website
- Browsing information about window and glass cleaning services.
- The free quote form: sending a request with your contact details, a description of your windows and, optionally, photos.
Using the Website is free of charge.
3. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.
4. Quote form
- The agreement for the quote form service is concluded when you send the form and expires once we have replied.
- The quote is free and non-binding. Sending the form does not mean ordering a window cleaning service. The agreement for the service itself is concluded separately, once the scope, price and date have been agreed.
- We may carry out the window cleaning with trusted subcontractors working in your city. We are responsible to you for their work as for our own.
- It is forbidden to send unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, including photos of other people without their consent.
- We reply to requests on working days.
5. Complaints
You can report complaints about how the Website works to kontakt@czysta-szyba.pl. Describe the problem and give your contact details. We will reply within 14 days.
6. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
7. Final provisions
We may change these terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the Website's features. Changes do not apply to requests sent before they take effect. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
