What we remove

• dried paint and plaster from glass and frames,
• silicone, glue and expanding foam,
• masking tape and its residue,
• protective film and manufacturer stickers,
• construction dust from frames, tracks, seals and sills.

Why this isn't ordinary cleaning

Construction dust acts like sandpaper. Wiped dry, it leaves fine scratches on the glass that cannot be removed. That's why we first soften and rinse off the dirt, and remove paint and silicone with tools designed for glass. We match them to the type of glass, because low-e coatings and toughened glass need extra care.

Post-renovation cleaning takes longer than a standard clean, so we quote it separately. Photos of the windows in the form help a lot in preparing an accurate quote.

The first clean after a new flat is handed over

In new flats and houses we often do the first clean after handover from the developer, before you move the furniture in. We remove film from the frames, stickers from the glass and dust from the balcony door tracks, so the windows work and look as they should from day one.
